VISION
To build an inclusive, skilled, self-reliant, and socially responsible India by transforming academic dropouts, disadvantaged youth, women, migrants, and marginalized communities into productive citizens, entrepreneurs, innovators, and community leaders through lifelong learning, skill development, digital empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods. CART Education and Empowerment Centre envisions becoming a national model for educational reintegration, vocational excellence, social inclusion, and human development, contributing to the realization of Viksit Bharat 2047, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the constitutional ideals of justice, equality, dignity, and opportunity for all.
We aspire to create a society where no individual is left behind due to educational discontinuity, poverty, social exclusion, disability, migration, or lack of opportunities, and where every citizen becomes an active participant in nation building and sustainable development.
MISSION

3. To provide industry-relevant vocational training, digital literacy, entrepreneurship education, financial literacy, artificial intelligence awareness, green skills, and future-ready competencies aligned with national and global workforce demands.
4. To establish Community Skill and Empowerment Centres across rural, tribal, coastal, and urban regions, ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities for marginalized populations.
5. To promote women’s empowerment, youth leadership, social entrepreneurship, and community participation in local development initiatives.
6. To facilitate recognition of prior learning, certification, apprenticeship programs, internships, and employment opportunities for learners through partnerships with industry and government agencies.

9. To strengthen social cohesion, democratic participation, constitutional values, and ethical leadership among learners for building an inclusive and harmonious society.
